The Amazing Race 26 preview starting in February 2015

Hi all! Here is my video of the sneak peek for The Amazing Race 26, that will start in February 2015.

The details for this will be as follows: this upcoming season will feature the best 11 team-mate couples from the previous seasons to compete for USD 1 million! So, this is in another words, the best of the Amazing Race couples comeback.

The Amazing Race 25 final episode details

Hi all! Sorry as this was just shown a few hours ago, so I don't have the credits to show the video, but I can tell you the details for this 'underdog winner' episode.

Leg 12 (Philippines → United States)

Airdate: December 19, 2014^[19]

At the Pit Stop in Manila, teams were automatically given their next clue, instructing them to head to the "City of Angels", Los Angeles, and a manila envelope that Phil told them not to open until they were instructed to do so. Upon arrival, they would have to find a marked Ford Explorer and use the Ford Sync voice control feature to get their next clue. The clue instructed them to head to Downtown City Hall and to the film clerk, so their film permit would be approved. At City Hall, the film clerk instructed teams to head to Southwest Marine Warehouse and give their permit to the assistant director on set. After giving the permit to the assistant director, he gave them their next clue, which they discovered was a Roadblock asking them, "Who wants to be a Hollywood action hero?" After picking a stunt coordinator, one racer trained for jumping out of a third story window. In the final run, they had to pick up a satchel and then break through a window made of breakaway glass to land safely on a pile of boxes below, making sure to land on their back. Once done, they would receive their next clue, which was in their satchel, making sure to take off their safety gear first. However, the Roadblock was also the elimination poin for the last team to arrive. The first three teams could continue racing.

The clue from the Roadblock instructed teams to head to the United States Coast Guard base on Terminal Island and find one of the marked response boats for their next clue. Teams discovered they were to participate in a search and rescue exercise with the Coast Guard. They would have to find an Oscar crash test dummy weighing 185 pounds (84 kg), set off a safety smoke bomb, and get Oscar back to the response boat. Back on shore, they were given their next clue, sending them to Conglobal Industries for another clue. At Conglobal Industries, they found another Roadblock, asking them "Who can't contain themselves?" Teams had to search the shipping containers for nine that were labeled with the names of cities that they visited on the race, alongside color-coded numbers for each team. Without taking notes, teams had to memorize the numbers in the order they visited the cities (Saint Thomas, London, Lerwick, Copenhagen, Marrakesh, Palermo, Valletta, Singapore, Manila). Once they had the correct order, the container foreman would give them their next clue in one of the other shipping containers. The clue directed teams to the Finish Line at the Point Vicente Light in Rancho Palos Verdes.

This was where the point between Amy & Maya and Misti & Jim were 'back-to-back' towards the final destination, which eventually Amy & Maya arrive first, thus winning the USD 1 million!

The Amazing Race season 25 episode 11 (Philippines)

Hi all, this episode was just release yesterday, so the videos might be for a while. Yet again, here are the details for this episode.

Leg 11 (Philippines)

Airdate: December 12, 2014

At the start of the leg, teams were told to head back to the city of Manila via jeepney and head to Rajah Sulayman Park for their next clue. At the park, teams encountered the Speed Bump and the Detour. For their Speed Bump, Brooke and Robbie had to unload a man's padyak and load it onto a second padyak and repair its wheel. Once they were done, they could continue. The Detour simply gave teams a choice of "This" or "That". In "This", teams traveled on foot to the intersection of Bocobo and Malvar Streets where they found they had to play street basketball against a neighborhood team. Once they scored 21 points, they would get their next clue. In "That", teams found that they had to race padyaks around a marked course starting at the intersection of Pedro Gil Street and Pilar Hidalgo Lim for four laps, with each teammate pedaling the bicycle for two laps each. If teams could finish four laps of the course within 17 minutes and 55 seconds, they would receive their next clue.

The clue teams received from the Detour directed them to Divisoria Market and search for a marked jeepney for their next clue, the Roadblock, asking "Who goes coocoo for coconuts?". One teammate had to deliver orders of two local coconut products, garlands of the shell used for polishing known as bunot and a broom made of palm fronds called a walis tingting, to three provided addresses. Once they returned all three receipts, they would receive their next clue, informing them to head to the Pit Stop at Fort San Diego. However, teams were informed that the next leg began immediately, and Phil gave them a manila envelope, which they were told not to open until instructed to do so, and their next clue, which instructed them to fly to the "City of Angels", Los Angeles, for their final destination city.

Hence, the final destination will be in Los Angeles!

The Amazing Race season 25 episode 10 (Singapore-Philippines)

Hi all! Sorry for the delay, almost a week I did not upload anything about this show. Here is the updates for episode 10, teams are flying to the Philippines.

Leg 10 (Singapore → Philippines)

Airdate: December 5, 2014

• Singapore (Singapore Changi Airport) to Manila, Philippines(Ninoy Aquino International Airport)

• Rosario (Rosario Fish Port/Manila Bay or RGC Side Car and Welding Shop)
• Naic (Rice Fields)

At the start of the leg, teams were told that their next destination was Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Upon arrival, they had to head to Baclaran Church in the city of Parañaque for their first clue. However, they were told that they had to pick up their clue from the flea market's flower vendor at 6:30 am the next morning. Their clue told them to head by jeepney to Rosario Municipal Plaza and search for Salinas Specials for their next clue.

At Salinas Specials, they discovered their clue was the Detour, a choice between Catch or Coach. In Catch, teams had to wade into Manila Bay to a pump boat offshore. They then had to fill up a bucket with fish and then transport it back to shore, in order to fill up three buckets (about 300 pounds). Once they filled all three buckets, the broker would give them their next clue. In Coach, teams had to properly attach a side car onto a motorcycle using the provided tools, making sure to match the motorcycle to their provided side car. Once the head mechanic was pleased with their work, he would give them their next clue.

The clues teams received from the Detour instructed teams to head to the rice fields in Naic for their next clue. They soon discovered that the clue was a Switchback to the infamous ox task from season 5. Teams had to use a plow attached to an water buffalo to dredge the rice paddy to find their next clue hidden somewhere in the mud. The clue buried in the mud directed teams to search on foot for the nearby Pit Stop.

The Amazing Race 25 episode 9 (Singapore) - 29 November 2014

Hi all! As usual, the updates of the Amazing race Season 25 episode 9. Yay, finally they are here in Singapore, my country!

Leg 9 (Malta → Singapore)

Airdate: November 28, 2014

At the start of the leg, teams were told that they were next headed to Singapore. Teams were provided a flight from Malta to Paris, and then were tasked with booking their own flights to Singapore from Paris. However, teams were allowed to find another alternate flight if they wished; a new rule instituted this season forbade teams from dropping one flight in favor of another if they found a better booking after purchasing an earlier set of tickets. Upon arrival in Singapore, teams took a bumboat to the island of Pulau Ubin and upon arrival had to find a coconut stand and drink fresh a full coconut's worth of coconut water before receiving their next clue. The clue contained the Fast Forward, which told teams to head to Sentosa's WaveHouse to surf and keep their balance on an artificial wave. If they could both stay on their surfboards for two minutes, they could pass all other tasks and head straight to the Pit Stop. If another team arrived to attempt the Fast Forward, teams would alternate chances at the task until one succeeded.

Teams otherwise had to head to the 57th floor of the Marina Bay Sands hotel to find their next clue: the Roadblock that asked "Who wants to be a funambulist?",leaving teams unaware that "funambulism" was another word for tightrope walking. On team member had to walk on a tightrope between two of the towers of the hotel. Once they crossed to the other tower and picked up their clue, they had to return to their teammate at the original tower before they could continue racing. This clue directed teams to head to the Centre Square of Raffles Place to search for their next clue. Once they found a man with a red and yellow placard on his back for "Onward Singapore", he would give them their next clue: the Detour, a choice between China Cups and Chilli Crabs. In China Cups, teams headed to the Hong San See temple where they had to undergo a session of cupping therapy. After a painful back massage, scraping the skin, and then fire cupping, all of which are said to increase blood flow and remove toxins, teams would receive their next clue from their masseuses. In Chilli Crabs,teams headed to the Red House seafood restaurant at The Quayside where they had to work on Singapore's most popular dish of chilli crab. Teams had to crack open enough crab claws smothered in chilli sauce to collect the crabmeat. Once teams had 2 pounds (0.91 kg), the head chef would give them their next clue.

The clue teams received after the Detour sent them to Fort Canning Park where they found the Double U-Turn point. Teams then picked up their next clue, which told them that they would find their next clue at only one of the five official Merlion monuments throughout Singapore (two at Merlion Park, Sentosa, Tourism Court, and Mount Faber). Only the Merlion at Mount Faber had their next clue which told teams to head to the Pit Stop at the Fullerton Pavilion.

Activity day for NUH MRO on Saturday,1 November 2014 at West Coast Park

Hi all! Working in this new environment not related to what I study in polytechnic, makes me feel a little bit jargon at first, but as I try to adapt myself in, things are just getting better! So, Medical Records Office (MRO) at NUH had organize this wonderful event, known as kite flying event at West Coast Park! To me, I have never been there, although, via SBS Transit bus no. 175, passed by there once/twice.

Thus, let the pictures do the talking, shall I? The beginning part.

However, I'll miss certain part, just to show the exciting parts of the event, the kite flying session.

Only the kite that flew the longest was from team 2. However, each and everyone of us really enjoyed ourselves that day. So, to wrap it up, here's the MRO photo/clip!
