Aduan 'penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi' di koc S1 25-Senandung Sutera dari Ipoh ke JB Sentral. Complaint of non air-con coach S1 25-Senandung Sutera from Ipoh to JB Sentral.

Terlebih dahulu, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kerana dapat menyalurkan suara saya di peti sebegini.

Saya dan kawan saya merupakan penumpang yang duduk di koc S1, pada Ahad, 10 April 2016, dalam perjalanan tren 25-Senandung Sutera, dari Ipoh ke JB Sentral.

Apa yang ingin saya adukan di sini ialah, kami memulakan perjalanan dari Ipoh, dalam koc yang ´tidak berhawa dingin´ sama sekali. Penumpang yang lain di dalam koc yang sama telahpun memaklumkan kepada pegawai yang bertugas untuk melihat keadaan dan dalam masa yang sama para pegawai cuba memperbaiki dengan melihat apa yang boleh dilakukan. 

Namun, dari Ipoh ke KL Sentral, yang mengambil masa dari 6.40ptg hingga 10.15mlm, koc S1, masih ´tidak berhawa dingin´ sama sekali. Sebahagian penumpang, telah pun duduk di koc S2 di belakang, dan juga terus duduk sehingga tamat perjalanan ke destinasi mereka masing-masing. Kami berdua pun turut berpindah ke koc di belakang.

Setibanya tren di KL Sentral, ada dua penumpang wanita yang bergegas menaiki ke kaunter pertanyaan dan cuba untuk ´menaik taraf´ tempat duduk mereka. Tetapi, mereka dilayan dengan ´tidak terurus´ sama sekali. Mereka menyatakan bahawa koc S1 mempunyai masalah ´tidak berhawa dingin´, namun respons dari kaunter pertanyaan menunjukkan mereka ´tidak dimaklumkan sama sekali tentang masalah tersebut´. Soalan saya, adakah pegawai bertugas di keretapi tidak menghubungi pusat kawalan di KL Sentral sama sekali? 

Keprihatinan saya ialah, mengapa koc S1 seperti koc ´Shuttle Tebrau´, yang berwarna biru, sementara koc S2 pula, tempat duduknya lebih selesa? Sedangkan perjalanan malam ini, seharusnya lebih selesa, dan sepatutnya ada kantin tetap, bukannya ´kantin bergerak´.

Setelah tren bertolak dari KL Sentral menuju ke selatan tanah air, koc S1 ´berhawa dingin tidak setara di seluruh koc´, tetapi cuma rasa hawa dingin di bahagian menuju ke koc S2, di sebelah hadapan, iaitu tempat duduk kami pula, berasa ´sangat panas´. Jadi, kami berasa sungguh mengecewakan, dan memutuskan ´tidak akan menaiki lagi sebarang tren dari Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB)´.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you as I can able to voice out my opinion in this manner.

My friend and I were the passengers onboard for coach S1, on Sunday, April 10, 2016, on a train named 25-Senandung Sutera, from Ipoh to JB Sentral.

I would like to lodge a complaint whereby, when we begin the journey from Ipoh, coach S1 is not ´air-conditioned´ at all. The other passengers in the same coach has already informed the officer on duty to look on the situation and at the same time they are also trying to improve by seeing what can be done.

However, from Ipoh to KL Sentral, which takes place from 6.40pm to 10.15pm, coach S1, remains the same, it was ´not air-con´ at all. Some passengers relentlessly change their seat to coach S2 in the back, thus continue to sit until the completion of the journey to their respective destinations. We both follow suit.

Upon train arrival at KL Sentral, there were two female passengers who rushed up to the counter and tried to ´upgrade´ their seats. But, they are treated with ´disrespect´ at all. They said that the coach S1 has a problem, which was ´not air con´, but the response from the counter shows that they were not informed at all about the problem. My query is that does the duty officer on the train did not contact the control centre at KL Sentral at all? And they were not informed at all?

My concern is, why coach S1 is as though, like a ´last minute resort coach´, which serves ´Shuttle Tebrau´, which is blue, while coach S2, the seats are way more comfortable? As a train which has a long-haul destination, shouldn´t the seats have been more comfortable, and there should be regular canteen, instead of a ´push-cart trolley canteen´, which invites cockroaches inside the coach?

After the train departs from KL Sentral towards JB Sentral, coach S1 ´manage to be air-con, but it was not fully air-con on the entire coach´. It was cold towards to coach S2, whereas on the front side, we feel ´very hot´. So, we feel extremely disappointed and devastated, and decided to forgo in future for all trains under Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB).

A dissapointed Singaporean

 S1 coach/Koc S1 more like a short journey trip from Woodlands-JB Sentral. Macam perjalanan pendek dari Woodlands ke JB Sentral. Tapi digunakan untuk perjalanan jauh. But using this from Ipoh to JB Sentral????
Koc S2/ S2 coach, some unhappy passengers transferred to here. Segelintir penumpang koc S1 yang kecewa pindah ke sini.
