Day 5: Sherbourne St-St. Catherine's-Niagara Falls-St. Catherine's-Sherbourne St

Hi all!

The last post, I was telling about the attractions that are available in the heart of downtown Toronto.

For this post, I would like to tell you more about the nature's breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The largest natural waterfall that God had created to view from both side of countries, mainly the United States of America and also the British Columbia.

Friday, 2 October 2015

We have our own breakfast as usual, and check online for the available buses that departs towards Niagara Falls (Canadian side). Hence, we depart at around 1000h, to catch the bus that we actually will take at 1130h, so meanwhile, here are some pictures at this terminal, known as Toronto Coach Terminal. Serve buses that goes outside Toronto.

Different buses that serves different states in Canada, or even the US.

Finally, we board the bus that departs at 1130h. One good thing though about the long journey buses in Canada, is that we can sit anywhere we like, unlike in Asia, whereby there's a seat number allocated, and you need to negotiate to change seats, and there's no toilet in the bus. But here, in Canada, there's a toilet in the bus, which I'll show you later. The journey to Niagara Falls took us about two hours, where the bus stops for a while at St. Catherine's.

 Leaving Toronto.
 At St. Catherine's.

Approaching Niagara Falls. When we arrive here, close to 1330h, we can see American side. So we took some pictures along the long walk, that took us about 40 minutes, and it was quite cold, about 2-3 degree Celsius.

 Turn right to USA.

The opposite side is the land belongs to the United States of America.

 Niagara Falls, Ontario (mini town)

The bridge that connects the United States of America and the British Columbia.

 Niagara Falls tower.

 The casino tower.

 Lovely.

Another yet, lovely view.

USA car plate, from New York.
 Inside the terminal.

Maple leaf.
We were at this area, on a very short notice of about 3 hours only, by 1630h, we need to go back to Toronto then, so we waited for the bus, after the long walk.

Good-bye, Niagara Falls, till we meet again.
As mentioned, the toilet inside the bus. Isn't that nice? We were mesmerized by the view of the journey from Niagara Falls to St. Catherine's.

 Water tank.
 McDonald's.

Entering the highway, first after the US border.

Arrival at St. Catherine's, then the bus continued its journey to downtown Toronto.
 Ocean view.
WEGO bus. This journey, unfortunately, took us about more than 3 hours, due to some traffic woes when entering the downtown, hence, we decided to go back to our guesthouse.
Thanksgiving comes early at Toronto, in October.
We're staying next to this famous person's house.
And here's his house. So lovely, just spending our last few hours here, before departing back to reality quite soon though. However, Niagara Falls has been an eye-opener for us to appreciate the nature that God has created for all mankind that remains on this Earth.

Hence, do wait for our last post here from Toronto. That's all folks for now.
